  Yes, we arrange delivery across Mombasa and can ship to other parts of Kenya. Contact us on WhatsApp to get a delivery quote for your order.

• What is your warranty policy?

  All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. For warranty claims, bring the product and original receipt to our store on Digo Road, Mombasa.

• How long does a repair take?

  Most repairs are completed same-day or within 24 hours. For complex issues we'll give you a time estimate when you bring in the device. Use the Repair page to log your request in advance.

• Do you buy or exchange old phones?

  Yes, we accept trade-ins on eligible devices. Bring your device to the store and we'll assess its condition and offer you a trade-in value.
